Platinum OG is just as precious as the metal it’s named after. This indica dominant strain asserts itself as one of the “heaviest” strains around. Platinum OG is purported to stem from three strains: Master Kush, OG Kush, and a third unknown parent.

Effecten:

The powerful effects include a calming body buzz with couchlock, euphoria, happiness, and intense sleepiness. This makes Platinum OG a good medication for insomnia, as well as anxiety, low mood, ADHD, inflammation, migraine headaches, mood swings, and muscle spasms. CBD levels are very low, less than 1%, which isn’t surprising, considering the high Thc content. In other words, this strain shouldn’t be used as sole treatment for seizures or other disorders that require CBD.
